Vätternrundan 2010 - Glenn Sandström
Glenn is training for the Vätternrundan in June 2010. Vätternrundan is a 300km bicycle tour around the lake Vättern in Sweden. It has been an annual event since 1966 and this year they expect 17,500 people to ride around the lake. Read Glenn's Personal Blog for more details.
 
 
 

38 km ride in 27º C Swedish Heat

My ride today was extremely tough! It was very warm and sunny – about 27 degrees. I have never before felt so exhausted after only 38 km… I drank almost 2 liters of water during my ride, but I guess that wasn’t enough.
Tomorrow I will try again :-)

I’m exausted, I just love this. The results I get from using MotionX-GPS are amazing and it motivates me.
