Winter Spinning – Staying in shape!

In the end of November, I woke up thinking, this is not what I promised my self. My weight was 95 kg again and I felt weak and tired. So, in December I started with spinning, I now spin 4-5 times a week and my weight is 87 kg and I feel strong and healthy! I just love spinning. If you haven’t tried it yet, do it.
I promise you love it.
I’m looking forward to April 2010 when the season starts here in Sweden. This time I’ll be stronger and I’m more hungry than ever before. I’m going to improve my results in spring/summer 2010 by cycling faster, harder and longer than ever before. Until then, I will spin 4-5 times a week. Spinning really means the world to me right now. It really helps me achieve my goals and to stay motivated.
