Koko Head Climb – Oahu, Hawaii

Climbing Koko Head on Oahu is a great challenge – straight up 1048 steps on railroad ties. The view from the top is worth every step! Some people run it, most people hike up, either way it is an adventure!

Training for the San Francisco Marathon

The San Francisco Marathon is July 26th – that’s two months away and Susan is getting ready. Susan has been using MotionX-GPS as a training tool for the last few months. Here is a track of her latest training run. It was a tough 7.1 mile loop with two big climbs. She was proud of her time: 1:05:21. That’s an average pace of 9’12″ per mile.
